1.2 Other Blacklist Listings: You must not be listed on any other reputable public or private blocklists. We reserve the right to monitor and assess your presence on various blacklists.
Section 2: Email Content and Links
2.1 Blacklisted Domains: You must not include links to any domains listed on reputable blocklists (e.g., Spamhaus DBL, URIBL) in the body of your emails.
2.2 Malicious Content: You must not include any malicious content, such as viruses, malware, or phishing links, in your emails.
2.3 Misleading Content: You must not use deceptive or misleading subject lines, sender names, or email content.
Section 3: Email Hygiene and Sending Practices
3.1 Spam Complaints: You must maintain a low spam complaint rate (below 0.1%).
3.2 Bounce Rate: You must maintain a low bounce rate (below 2%).
3.3 Spam Score: You must maintain a consistently low spam score as determined by industry-standard spam filters.
3.4 Authentication: You must properly authenticate your emails using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
3.5 Sending Volume: You must maintain a consistent sending volume and avoid sudden spikes in email traffic.
3.6 Unsubscribe Mechanism: You must provide a clear and easy-to-use unsubscribe mechanism in all of your emails.
3.7 Data Privacy: You must comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Section 4: Monitoring and Enforcement
4.1 Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor your email activity and investigate any suspected violations of these terms and conditions.
4.2 Information Requests: We may request additional information from you to verify your compliance with these terms.
4.3 Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate your whitelisted status at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms.
