HJRP MAIL — TERMS OF SERVICE
Deliverability as a Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account (paid or free), completing onboarding, or sending mail through HJRP Mail infrastructure, you ("the Customer" or "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Acceptance is required as the final step of onboarding, before any sending credentials, DKIM signing keys, or free @hjrpmail.com address are issued.
2. Service Description
HJRP Mail provides email sending and deliverability infrastructure, available as:
Paid plans: outbound SMTP relay, DKIM signing, sender reputation management, and inbound filtering for custom sending domains.
Free @hjrpmail.com accounts: a personal webmail address for sending and receiving mail, running on the same underlying infrastructure as paid plans.
HJRP Mail operates on a reputation-first model. Onboarding, DKIM issuance, and sending limits are gated by manual review and ongoing compliance monitoring, for both paid and free accounts.
3. Personal Use Restriction (Free Accounts)
Free @hjrpmail.com accounts are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be used for bulk sending, marketing campaigns, automated/programmatic sending, or as infrastructure for a business or client. Commercial or high-volume use requires a paid HJRP Mail plan.
4. Blocklist and Reputation Compliance
4.1 Blocklist Policy
If any sending domain, IP, or associated infrastructure used with the Service (paid or free) becomes listed on the Spamhaus DBL or any other blocklist HJRP Mail uses, HJRP Mail may suspend or refuse Service to that domain or account immediately, without prior notice. This exists to protect the shared sending reputation of all users of HJRP Mail infrastructure.
4.2 Reinstatement
Once HJRP Mail's systems detect that a suspended domain, IP, or account is no longer listed on the relevant blocklist, sending privileges will be reinstated automatically. HJRP Mail reserves the right to independently verify delisting status and may delay or withhold automatic reinstatement where verification is inconclusive.
4.3 Non-Compliance
If the Customer or User disputes a suspension under this section, or requests reinstatement without evidence of delisting, HJRP Mail may treat this as failure to comply with these Terms and may terminate the account at its sole discretion.
5. Service Changes
HJRP Mail may modify, add, or remove infrastructure components at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to outbound sending servers, IP addresses, DKIM signing configuration, and filtering rules. Such changes are made at HJRP Mail's discretion to maintain sender reputation, capacity, and service reliability. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any resulting changes.
6. Acceptable Use
Users and Customers will not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, phishing content, malware, or content violating anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, Australia's Spam Act 2003, or equivalent). HJRP Mail may suspend Service for any sending pattern that materially risks infrastructure reputation, independent of blocklist status.
7. Sender Reputation Monitoring
HJRP Mail applies internal reputation scoring (including engagement-based segmentation and tiered scoring) to all outbound traffic across paid and free accounts. HJRP Mail may throttle, warn, or suspend accounts that degrade shared infrastructure reputation, independent of any blocklist listing.
8. No Guarantee of Delivery or Uptime
HJRP Mail maintains high sender reputation standards but does not guarantee inbox placement at any receiving mailbox provider. Free accounts are additionally provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of uptime or availability. Delivery outcomes depend on factors outside HJRP Mail's control.
9. Suspension and Termination
HJRP Mail may suspend or terminate Service, with or without notice, for:
Blocklisting of a domain, IP, or account under Section 4
Violation of the Personal Use Restriction under Section 3 (free accounts)
Violation of Acceptable Use under Section 6
Sustained degradation of reputation metrics under Section 7
Non-payment or breach of any other material term (paid accounts)
HJRP Mail's sole discretion, in the case of free accounts, given they are provided at no cost
HJRP Mail is under no obligation to continue Service to a domain or account listed on a blocklist HJRP Mail uses, and such refusal does not constitute a breach by HJRP Mail.
10. Limitation of Liability
HJRP Mail is not liable for loss of business, revenue, or data from suspension under these Terms, including suspensions from third-party blocklist actions. Free account Users additionally acknowledge the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
11. Service Notifications
By using the Service, Users and Customers agree to receive Service Notifications from HJRP Mail, including but not limited to: sending suspensions, blocklist status changes, reputation warnings, and other operational communications related to account status. Service Notifications are separate from marketing communications and cannot be opted out of while the account remains active.
12. Changes to These Terms
HJRP Mail may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Agreement
By checking the acceptance box during onboarding or registration, the Customer or User confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including Section 4.
